At the Malaysia Urban Forum 2019, NOVA NETWORK in collaboration with Smart City Putrajaya unveiled a groundbreaking and heartwarming showcase—“Let’s Build a Smart Putrajaya City.”

Using cut-out cardboard models as the foundation, we brought future city concepts to life through Augmented Reality, giving visitors a glimpse into smart traffic systems, sustainable living, eco-friendly mobility, digital governance, and connected infrastructure. It was a perfect blend of sustainability, tech, and creativity.

But what truly stole the show? A 9-year-old presenter, Wan Qiara Batrisha from Sekolah Kebangsaan Putrajaya Presint 11(1), confidently led the entire showcase—explaining each smart city feature with charm and clarity that left everyone in awe.

Even high-profile attendees like Former Federal Territories Minister Khalid Samad, KPKT Minister YB Zuraida, and the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur were seen smiling, laughing, and genuinely enjoying the unique presentation.

This wasn’t just a display—it was a reminder that the future of our cities lies in the hands of the next generation, and that innovation can be both sustainable and inspiring.

Because when creativity meets purpose—magic happens.#NovaMovesMinds
